5 years of employment. I had to constantly fight for hours. I was called 2 hours prior to start of post very often. I was taken advantage of on a constant basis, because of my need for hours. I had 2 pay periods with 8 hours of pay each. That is 16 hours a month. Management is selfish, greedy, unorganized, and unable to run anything close to an efficient company!!
